Who we are
Mokos Theodoros is a single-person tourist enterprise in Perdika, at the region of Thesprotia, Epirus, founded in 1992.
Initially, its exclusive business activity was furnished rooms rentals, in its own property in Perdika.
Since 2017, having observed the increased demand for alternative forms of sea tourism, as well as the explosion in tourist visits at the area, it decided to expand its activities water sports equipment rentals (sea bikes, kayaks, sups). It created the new necessary infrastructure in Agia Paraskevi beach in July 2017 (water sports equipment rentals), and in Arillas beach since April 2021 (water park). The operation of the specific activities is seasonal, from June to October.
The space where all the equipment is stored and preserved is in a 200 sq. meters owned storehouse in Perdika.
